Mrs. Hale's 7th grade food science class has been experimenting with denaturing proteins in eggs by adding heat and air. They made mini angel food cakes that look delicious. According to Mrs. Hale, they turned out light, airy, and beautiful. Yum.

The Kirksville R-III School District phones have been restored as of 9:50am this morning. The identified issue was with the phone providers equipment.
We are experiencing issues with our phone system this morning. IT is investigating the issue and will send updates as the situation changes.

8th Grade Choir and Choraliers concert this Friday, 5/10/24 at 6pm in the middle school auditorium!
High school band concert and bake sale tonight, May 3rd at 6pm in the middle school auditorium! Plus a bake sale sponsored by the Order of the Eastern Star, raising funds for new marching percussion. Stop by for free entertainment and bring cash to feed your sweet tooth!

For two Mondays this month, WMMS sent 26 students to our District Honor Choirs - one for 6th Grade and one for 7th/8th Grade. These students have been practicing weekly with Choraliers before school in order to learn the music. They then attended a full day of rehearsal with other singers across our district, followed by the evening concert! Great job singers and sponsors Mr. Kennard, Mrs. Murphy and Mrs. Bolle!
