Kirksville Schools are proud to announce two familiar Kirksville faces to coaching positions for the fall 2024 season!
Retiring Truman State University head football coach, Gregg Nesbitt, has been named our new head football coach at KHS. Coach Nesbitt has an impressive record of experience in high school and college football. He brings with him an abundance of knowledge. His coaching career spans 44 years, including state high school championships, and the last 14 seasons at TSU.
Kirksville High School alumna and Clinton, MO head coach, Sydney Snyder, has been named the new head softball coach for KHS. Coach Snyder is currently head softball coach and PE teacher at Clinton High School. She graduated from KHS in 2015; she went on to play softball at John Wood Community College before finishing her degree at Truman State.
We are proud to have both coaches switching to orange and black this fall. #kvtigers #kvproud #welovekirksville
