Drivers learned about our Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) program used on campus. They were taught how to build positive relationships and discourage inappropriate behaviors on the buses using the same methods our ECLC teachers use in our classrooms. This is a great collaboration between ECLC and their Ecco Ride drivers!
