With favorable weather conditions, construction progress on the new parking lot will continue this week. The construction fence has been moved inward on the east side, allowing more space for vehicle traffic.
Once completed, the lot will have 155 parking spots, including four designated as handicap accessible. Additionally, when construction on the auditorium is finished, there will be 41 additional spots in front of the new building. Four of these spots will also be handicap accessible. The total number of parking spots in this area of campus will increase to 196 spots.
