The current construction projects are broken into separate packages. Package one includes early sitework and the new parking lot, currently under construction. Package two is the big, new build. It is the construction of new performing arts building. Package three includes the Kirksville High School remodel, the Kirksville Area Technical Center connector hallway, and the Ray Miller Elementary renovations.
BRS architects continue to develop plans for the new performing arts building. Included in this week's Monday Momentum are design images for the lobby of the new building. The building is anticipated to be under construction from the summer of 2025 through the summer of 2026.
