J.T. Holman, Macon, continues to make progress in the construction of the new parking lot--to be located west of the middle school and high school. Action over this past week included more soil preparation and the undercutting of unstable soil.
Trenching for storm drainage for the new lot, and the placement of drainage structures, have been in full swing. This new storm drainage will evacuate through tiling under the existing parking lot, located between the middle and high schools. This trenching runs along the south end of this parking lot also began this past week.
