DESCRIPTION
All students enrolled in AG classes are required to join FFA. To be an FFA member, a student must pay $15 which can be paid in installments if needed. To be an FFA member "in good standing," the student must sell 20 items from the fall sales or pay $125 or a combination of selling and paying. A member in good standing designation allows students to participate in the out-of-school activities FFA pays for (conventions, field trips, contests, etc.). The student's grade is NOT tied to these activities that take place out of school nor to the "member in good standing" designation. FFA is intra-curricular, therefore FFA is taught within the classroom.
